Welcome to the Youth At-Risk Program (YARP), a transformative initiative by CLC, Inc. This community-rooted program is designed to uplift and empower at-risk youth aged 16 to 24 who are facing the challenges of justice-involved backgrounds and systemic barriers. Funded by the City of Fort Worth's Community Crime Prevention Program, YARP is more than just a program; it represents a movement toward hope, opportunity, and sustainable change.

At CLC, Inc., we believe that every young person deserves a second chance at life-changing opportunities, regardless of their circumstances or location. Our mission is to provide them with a roadmap and proper guidance. The core purpose of the Youth At-Risk Program (YARP) is to empower at-risk youth and young adults aged 16 to 24, particularly those with adjudicated backgrounds, to rewrite their stories and become positive forces in their communities. Through this program, youth will have a valuable opportunity to complete their education, secure employment, explore higher education or trade options, and reduce the likelihood of recidivism. What is YARP?

YARP is a transformative initiative by CLC, Inc. that empowers youth to reach their full potential through education, employment, mentorship, and positive reentry support. YARP equips young individuals with the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to take charge of their narratives. YARP is committed to transforming setbacks into comebacks by emphasizing the importance of community collaboration. We strive to restore the power of unity and change the future for generations to come by empowering individuals and uncovering resources available right in their communities.
