CLC, Inc. (Community Learning Center, Inc.) Awarded a Two Year Grant from the Texas Resources for Iraq and Afghanistan Deployment (TRIAD) Fund of the Dallas Foundation to Provide Training and Employment Services to Veterans (and their family members) of Iraq and Afghanistan in the North Central Texas region.
CLC, Inc., a private, non-profit organization, has been awarded a two year grant from the Texas Resources for Iraq and Afghanistan Deployment (TRIAD) Fund of the Dallas Foundation to Provide Training and Employment Services to Veterans (and their family members) of Iraq and Afghanistan in the North Central Texas region.
The program will also offer technical skills training to qualified participants in such industries as welding, machining, composite bonding, production and logistics. In addition, participants may receive academic remediation, resume’ assistance, interview skills training, and job placement and career advancement assistance.
