Better One Stop Services Projects with Industry (CLC, Inc. - subcontractor) 2002 – 2005
Under a contractual agreement, CLC assisted IAM DL 776 to create and expand job and career advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the competitive labor market by engaging the talent and leadership of private industry and organized labor as partners with public and private community agencies in the vocational rehabilitation process.

Wagner Peyser (7) (b) Composite Bonding Training Program through 2005-2008
Offer dislocated workers an industry designed and approved Basic Composite Bonding Training Course with classroom and "hands-on" laboratory training. Offer Incumbent Worker training customized by Bell Helicopter/Textron and Lockheed Martin Aero.

Aerospace Manufacturing Training Program (AMTP) 2007-2009
To provide training to incumbent, dislocated, and youth 18 years and older in structural aircraft assembly, composite bonding, and/or other high-demand production skills and then placing and retaining these workers in high-wage, high-benefit jobs with aerospace and other advanced manufacturing companies.

Intensive Adult Literacy Project August 2006 - June 2010
To provide 5 weeks of intensive instruction in reading and/or mathematics to applicants who are interested in CLC, Inc. job training programs. Eligible program participants include poor and excluded job seekers, dislocated workers, welfare recipients, and others who have failed to meet the minimum of an 8th grade literacy level in reading and/or math on the Test of Adult Basic Education.

North Central Texas Advanced Manufacturing 2007 - 2009
To provide training as a Certified Logistics Associate/Certified Logistics Technician, and Certified Production Technician. Safety, Quality Practices & Measurement, Manufacturing Processes & Production, and Maintenance Awareness. The CLA/CLT Project Began in June 2009 training individuals in the Supply Chain Logistics Industry.

CLC, Inc. was contracted through the City of Fort Worth to provide skills training in Machining, Welding, Aircraft Assembly, Composite Bonding, Aerospace Manufacturing and Logistics to Tarrant County residents who are below Federal Income Guidelines and have a High School Diploma or GED.
