Training Texans for Careers in Advanced Manufacturing
Funded through The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration
Target area: Tarrant, Dallas and surrounding counties
Objective: The Project will provide outreach, recruitment, screening, assessment and enrollment of 160 veterans, their family members, dislocated, unemployed or underemployed workers. One hundred participants will be enrolled in a CLC, Inc. skills training program such as composite bonding, welding, machining, production, or logistics/supply chain, dependent upon the hiring needs of industry partners in the North Central Texas area and sixty participants will receive direct placement assistance.
