Training Your Workforce

To date, CLC, Inc. has developed skills training programs that are industry led in the Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics industries.  Essentially, we aim to provide our employers with a qualified workforce that meets the needs of the Industries we serve.

CLC, Inc. strives to provide skills training and other related services to our program participant that are directly related to their employability.  CLC, Inc. programs are designed to respond to skills shortages, upgrade workers skills and provide employers with qualified candidates.

CLC, Inc. works to meet industries needs through the collaboration of local workforce development boards, chambers of commerce and business and industry leaders by addressing employment, training, and certification needs of the region’s industries to aid in the further growth and success of the economy.
